Ginger Last Word
As the name suggests this is simply a Last Word with a hint of ginger. Simple can be beautiful

Really, really liked this cocktail. Still a bit on the sweet side for me, but loved the heavy ginger flavour of the final cocktail. As we both love ginger, this earned a list on our favourites. May up the lime juice slightly to lessen the sweetness.

A Last Word a bit made hot by ginger. I am not sure if this is an improvement.

So lovely and surprising, I love the typically Asian aromatics in cocktails like ginger (and pandan, and sesame). Thank you!
