My own preference is to sip half-sized serves of CIA from a Copita cup – it's too tasty to appreciate in a gulp

Delicious. CIA is the much more apt name...given that the drink is served in a "shot" glass.

This is yummy! It's apples and baking spices up front and then it finishes herbal and bitter from the Cynar. I agree -- it's better to sip it than shoot it.

I've tried this with Cynar and Meletti on separate attempts. Enjoyed both, but the amaro dominates.
