Makes for the best Sour Apple Martini hands (or rather hooves) down. Brings out out a floral and grassy aroma and taste that compliments apple and lime. This is on high rotation in our house.
45ml Zubrowka
22.5 ml Luxardo Sour Apple Liqueur
5ml lemon juice
5ml lime juice
5ml rich sugar syrup
5ml Bickfords Lime Cordial.
Shake on ice and into chilled coupe
I've tried the same with other vodkas - but this is the winner by a mile.

Many thanks for sharing, Yossi. I very much look forward to what I'd call a Grassy Apple Martini.

Since coumarin is banned in the US, should I not waste my time with any recipes that call for a "bison grass vodka"?

The flavor of coumarin in sweet woodruff flavored German may wine is incredible. Can only imagine the Polish vodka is as well! The U.S. product tastes of vanilla, maybe lavender and perhaps 6-methyl coumarin, a synthetic flavor also used in germany. Not bad in it's own right. Some of my favorites (I've gone through several bottles); Zuzu's Petals, Frisky Bison, Purple Pear Martini. I've only tried Żubrówka.

This was definitely not what I was expecting, but matches the description perfectly. It is a unique vodka and could be easily consumed over the rocks. Not, perhaps, for everyone's taste, but unique on its own.
