Very pleasing combination of Combier and Cocchi in a Cognac sour. Could definitely do a double... Delicious!

Like a Corpse Reviver #2 / Sidecar hybrid (leaning more toward the former) minus the anise note. Good drink, quite fruity... Korbel brandy, Luxardo Triplum, Cocchi Americano.

Also the Hey Hey – it appears 4 times under different names in the Savoy.

I've added a link to the Hey Hey under "Variation" above, but I don't see it in the 1930 edition of The Savoy. Do you know when/where the Hey Hey first appears? Have I missed the obvious?
