Seriously - buy this (Hunter Valley Gin, so this applies and is more cost-effective for my Aussie drinkmates) and keep a bottle in your freezer at all times - mainly for your martinis, as it is a bit pricy for your typical mixed cocktails, where a London dry gin will suffice.
