A little too sour, which makes the cream seem like it's expired (I checked, the cream I used is just fine). I recommend adding a dash of your favourite sweet liqueur to balance it out.

Nice Christmas Eve cocktail. Next time will use 1/2 regular gin and 1/2 Empress Hotel gin. It would give a light purple ice like colour.

Shouldn't be blue! The image is so old that it pre-dates digital photography. I'll prioritise re-shooting.
