This is an awesome Creamsicle drink. The foam rises above the glass like in a Ramos Gin Fizz, however, with the champagne it only takes a tiny top off pour and it completely rebuilds the foam layer on top of the drink. Like a science experiment. Very cool effect and way easier to do than a Gin Fizz.
