Dickens' Dry Martini
A 5:1 Dry Martini served without any garnish (i.e. no olive or twist). The name is a reference to Charles Dicken's novel Oliver Twist

Straight'n'clean, no veggies -- just as it should be. Conceptual purity-wise only surpassed by the Churchill Martini which I find a tad reductionist :)

This is one of my favourite martinis. It has the wonderful herbal flavours with a slight hint of bitter orange at the end. Perfect for a before dinner cocktail or just an afternoon sipper.
