Blue Margarita
A 'Disco Drink' that's just as the name suggests, a Margarita, only blue

I love margaritas, but usually find the too sweet. We made this one over the rocks (since I do not like blended drinks). Added a splash of water to make up for the missing ice melt and a little Difford's Margarita Bitters. BINGO. It was perfect. Not too sweet and with a great colour. This is one cocktail my mother would have loved.
