Bamboo (with triple sec)
For sophisticated dry palates - a touch of triple sec takes the dry edge off of fino sherry and dry vermouth

Quite floral with just the right amount of dryness. Used tio Pepe fino sherry, celery notes of which are still shining through brightly. I found the orange notes pairing exceptionally well with the grape juiciness that the wines provided.

Nice! The triple sec and orange bitters really freshen the sherry/vermouth combo and add a subtle sweetness and florality.
