As the name suggests, this drink combines flavours reminiscent of alcoholic custard with Pedro Ximenez sherry resembling liquid Christmas pudding

Brilliant idea for a cocktail. Very moreish - you need to remember how alcoholic the custard is. Now one of my favourites.
I loved it. I couldn't stop alternating sips of each glass. Such a brilliant use of all the flavours.
Definitely at the top of my Christmas cocktail list.
