Very nice, light and fruity. The bit of rasberry makes this cocktail, Very nice balance.

Hi Lorenz, we discovered the Pantera Rosa at the Blind Pig in Rome in 2019. Mattia Ria features in the cocktail video above.

It may be a crowd pleaser, but this cocktail is very well balanced and not overly sweet. It is possible to add saline solution to lift the lemony tastes or/and grinded pepper to lift the raspberries.

No need to muddle the raspberries prior to shaking. Good ice and a vigorous shake will smash the soft raspberries.
