Gin Mezcal Sour
A pineapple and gin sour made more interesting by a splash of mezcal

Don't have a sweet tooth, yet I found this lacking some sweetness. Made this the second time with 7.5ml of 2:1 Simple Syrup and it was better, however, missing some "sweetness complexity", so might try another sweetener next time.
