A forgotten classic that shouldn't be. I used Veritas and that was a good choice. It doesn't disappear behind the Punsch or Calvados but rather elevates them both.

This is my first cocktail using Swedish Punsch, and it is great. The apple flavour of the calvados comes through very strong and the spices in the punsch are a great compliment. Had it as an evening sipper, but could also double as a digestive.

I am just about to start distilling some apple brandy at my small rum distillery.
