Mastiha Sour
Some use a whole shot of lemon juice and correspondingly a tad more sugar. It's also common to add a dash of Angostura bitters but we prefer the refreshing...

Very similar to the Mediterranean Sour - this is slight more tart/less sweet, and has no bitters. The mastiha works very well with the sweetened lemon, and is delicious, although I do prefer the addition of the bitters in the Mediterranean Sour a bit more. Both are very good, and you will certainly enjoy this version if you don't have the Bolivar Bitters called for in the Med Sour recipe.
