Bittersweet with rich jammy apricot and a touch of tart citrus freshness, this cocktail teeters on being sweet but manages to remain balanced

Very satisfying! Reminiscent of a fruit juice with a soft, boozy zing, this is a great warming drink with layers of flavours. Just right on a cold and snowy afternoon. ??

Maybe just a touch on the sweet side, but very enjoyable.
