I....don't think I particularly liked this, sadly. First off, it's quite sweet. Very sweet. I have no idea what the multi-stage construction adds. It tastes like a fruity sour that forgets to add any sour. It's not a sour, but it's also in no way spirit-forward enough for a nightcap sipper.

Very smooth, pleasant and hard to classify, seems like it would work as a digestif on a sunny early evening. Definitely needs a double old fashioned I’d say, not just a standard OF glass.

Charming cocktail. Since I didn't have apple juice, I substituted Calvados. The result was wonderfully fruity, and perfectly balanced on the sweet-bitter line. A delight!

This is great. It does need a lot and a long stir. Hint of sweetness, but not overwhelming. Very good aperitif.
