I mixed this cocktail with a reduced amount of elderflower to 10ml. As said the lime zest twist is a must and so I noticed a little bit of peppermint. Nice.

You have to be a fan of elderflower to like this. Pleasant complexity from the citrus, but not as dry as I would prefer. Not serving this again.

Like the cocktail. Did feel the amount of Elderflower overwhelmed the subtle flavours of the Bison Grass Vodka. Lessening the Elderflower would make the cocktail a bit drier. Perhaps reducing the Elderflower by 5 ml.

Absolutely fantastic cocktail! The elderflower shines through brightly and the slight bitterness from the lime twist is a must. Very crisp!

Just got a bottle of Żubrówka bison grass vodka - I love this stuff! This is a great way to enjoy its unique flavour.
