I found this to be flatter tasting than expected. The rye makes a nice peppery spice as it finishes, but the start is disappointing.
But really I think my issue with the recipe is "3 cucumber slices" - How thick/wide/chunky? This makes a big difference to how much cucumber ends up in the drink.
