3 slice | Cucumber (fresh) |
2 oz | Wild Turkey 101 straight rye |
1⁄2 oz | Strucchi Vermouth Dry |
1⁄2 oz | Amaro (e.g. Montenegro) |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist (discarded) & cucumber slice
MUDDLE cucumber in base of stirring glass. Add other ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

But really I think my issue with the recipe is "3 cucumber slices" - How thick/wide/chunky? This makes a big difference to how much cucumber ends up in the drink.
