Like most people in the UK, I've been at home for over a month now and whilst at the beginning it was nice to have some time off as hospitality hours are long, after a little while I wanted to find something to do.
Firstly, I started with weekly webinars for the teams to learn about spirits but then I wanted to do something open to everyone. As now people have a lot of time to play with I thought it would be fun to put together some easy cocktails to make at home. With ingredients easy to find, no fancy tools and no skills needed.
The aim of this project is to create a little entertainment for people during these unprecedented times, making the lockdown a little bit easier and fun. We have shared these recipes on our social media channels and hope some people try to have a go.
