Richmond & Towers is the home of award-winning PR and content. Based in Central London, we’re a 28-strong team, with one goal in mind: yours!

Specialising in the wines, beers and spirits industry, we spend each and every day delivering campaigns that make a real difference. Whether that's a UK consumer project or full service global trade campaigns.

Our media and influencer campaigns are multi award-winning, and our clients stay with us for years; proof that we’ll work exceptionally hard to get the right people thinking, talking, writing, snapping and posting about you.

We work with emerging challenger brands and some of the world’s most successful drinks brands to build, nurture, protect and maintain their reputations. We are their counsel, their champions and we deliver cost-effective communications campaigns and support, day after day, year after year. All members of the team are WSET-qualified meaning we provide not just expert communications, but a genuine understanding of our clients’ products and their business needs. Our team also includes a former Publican editor and ex-Grocer drinks and news editors.

We'd love to hear from you. To get in touch please email sayhello@rtc.london for general enquiries or anouska@rtc.london for new business enquiries.

Rob Metcalfe, CEO

Rob Metcalfe started in journalism at The Sunday Post, followed by the BBC, The Grocer and The Publican. Rob first joined Richmond & Towers in 1989, and gained valuable experience working with the Meat & Livestock Commission throughout the BSE crisis. Rob left Richmond & Towers to become European managing director of Saatchi & Saatchi Rowland, before starting Chrome Consulting Limited, which merged with Richmond & Towers in 2006. Rob is always first up for karaoke on Richmond & Towers’ nights out.

Starting his career at the Birmingham Post & Mail group of newspapers, he then took up the position of Consumer Affairs Correspondent at the Press Association. More recently he was Marketing Editor and then News Editor at food and drink industry ‘bible’ The Grocer, during which time he was a regular contributor to radio and TV. James Brown, Account Director

James Brown joined Richmond & Towers in 2010 after graduating from the University of Westminster with a first-class degree in Public Relations. A true professional and natural-born grafter, he worked in various agencies across London during his studies, working in entertainment, technology and corporate PR, before he found his calling on the drinks team at Richmond & Towers. With a keen eye for trends (and a drink in his hand) he can often be found chewing the fat in one of Soho’s latest and greatest watering holes.
