Parmesan Strength

• 40 ml Parmesan cheese infused Australian Distilling Co. Navy Gin
• 15 ml Imperial Measures Distilling Umami Dry Vermouth
• 10ml Housemade lemon & honey syrup
• 2 ml Regan's Orange Bitters

The creator says: "Australian Distilling Co. Navy Gin is such a rich and delicious gin. In the creation of my cocktail I still wanted the wonderful flavours of Navy Gin to play a major part throughout the whole experience, from the first sip to the last. I quite enjoy savoury and salty flavours so I found parmesan cheese to be everything I was looking for when creating this unique serve. Pairing the parmesan cheese with the rich flavour of the Navy Gin worked incredibly well together. A slight touch of Umami Vermouth and Orange Bitters is added to pair it all perfectly together.

This drink has body and flavour and is definitely a drink I am incredibly proud of. I really hope you enjoy my thought process and the drink as a whole and I can't wait for you to try it in venue soon.
