Very refreshing drink ! Very seasonal!
I will try with a dash of spicy bitter like Bittermen’s Burlesque Bitter for giving it another dimension.

I exchanged the proportion between Triple Sec and Blue Curaçao. It keeps a little bit astringent, surely because of lime juice maybe add a dash of sugar syrup. Very not bad cocktail !

« Best after dinner ». Yes! It seems like a big dessert with its dark chocolate, but the mix give it an absolute sweetness. A delicious digestif.

This is more sweeter than we expect.
It’s like a Tatin pie. A short part of apple tarte. Really delicious.
