Saving Grace
Light white rum, Triple sec, Pineapple juice, Lime juice, Aromatic bitters
This is by far my favorite cocktail that calls for Creme de Violette.
I feel the Creme de Violette is a mistake. The description mentions berry fruit, and as far as I can tell none of the ingredients have fruit in their flavor profile. Also, the bright pink color in the photo is not possible with the purple Violette. It makes a dark grey-purple cocktail. I feel this drink was meant to be made with a Chambord, or other berry cordial/liqueur, maybe Creme de Cassis?
