Pretty good! Not quite as sophisticated as a Silver Pineapple, but easy drink to throw together
Make sure to add in a squeeze of lime. I thought it was just garnish on a disappointing drink. The citrus brings it all together.
I added about 20 ml of Cointreau to balance out the bourbon and enhance the bitters/schnapps
