| 1⁄4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
This cocktail is simple, fruity, and tasty.
To use fresh pineapple rather than juice: MUDDLE pineapple in the base or shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
6 wedges Pineapple
60ml (2oz) Vodka
10ml (⅓oz) Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5ml (¼oz) sugar syrup or pineapple flavoured syrup
