It's a glass of relatively dry pineapple juice. That's it. Just pineapple.

My how one could give a drink a needed charge with better ingredients... Started off with jonge genever (trying to rid of it), and it was terrible. Progressed from there with rye vodka, Brugal Extra Dry rum, then Plantation 3 Stars... A different drink by the end, but twas the best.

Pretty good! Not quite as sophisticated as a Silver Pineapple, but easy drink to throw together

As commented on Marek’s comment, I swapped the vodka for a Pineapple Gin, added Noilly Prat (30ml) and it was sublime.

Continuing from my wish list this was the one for tonight. The reason I had added it is because I am hard pushed finding cocktails with Vodka as base spirit which I fancy and I have a lot of Vodka because a friend had bought me on a few occasions some special edition bottles with special features, the last one being only last night, a fantastic bottle with a flashing light and made of a glass which goes blue in the cold fridge. Must find more Vodka cockails. I did add some random bitters.

Honestly, switch vodka for rum and you have the best daiquiri twist ever.

Swap the vodka for Pineapple Gin and add 30ml of Noilly Prat and you’ve got a Martini with extras and a very tasty cocktail.
