Review:

Deliciously simple, fruity and ridiculously easy to drink. The quality and freshness of your pineapple juice is key to the success of this cocktail, which can also be made by muddling fresh pineapple.

We'd also suggest you try our own Pineapple Martini Recipe.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 1997 by Ben Reed at the Met Bar, London, England.

Ben has appointed, or should we say anointed, the 26th June as International Pineapple Martini Day.
