2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
fl oz Fresh pressed pineapple juice
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Pineapple wedge on rim

Deliciously simple, fruity and ridiculously easy to drink. The quality and freshness of your pineapple juice is key to the success of this cocktail, which can also be made by muddling fresh pineapple.
