Are you allowing for variance in specific gravities of each ingredient?
I was wondering the same. It looks about right for gin as it will be lighter than water, but 140ml of water should be 140g, right? And pretty sure that vermouth wouldn't be quite so heavy compared to water...
Beautifully bittersweet smoke. Bought some Lucano Amaro on the way back from Milan recently on a bit of a whim, and I'm now very glad I followed the hunch - made this with Mezcal Verde Momento and it certainly hit the late-night sipper spot. I enjoy an M&M and this feels like a slightly more subtle, sippable alternative.
