Choice of peated whisky might require a tweak in the proportions, but it’s a nice drink.

This drink is quite a bit better than I expected. Apple and absinthe generally go well together, but I was surprised by how well the tea spice from the punsch provides depth (I shouldn’t have been. All these flavors go together). My punsch is rather dry, so I needed a wee dash of syrup to bring it all together. Incredibly complex. Delicious!
I really like this drink, but it doesn’t need the extra sugar from the agave. In spite of its origins, I prefer to use Bergamatto liqueur rather than Italicus for most mezcals. The olive garnish is brilliant!
Fantastic aperitif (Made with St Raphael Quinquina instead of the two aromatized wines listed)
This drink is sweet but lovely, much better than I expected (used Capucana Cachaça and Luxardo Aperitivo). I tried with lemon bitters as well, and that helped balance the drink (also tried a lemon twist but the aroma was not as good as with the orange twist)
Genius combination of genever, pineapple and absinthe. It really works!
This is an underrated cocktail. Made with Monkey 47 or similar quality gin, this is an amazing drink. This should be 5 stars.
Fantastic. Made with Difford's suggested Amer Picon sub (50:50 Dubbonet, Bigallet)
