I mean... the lack of bourbon steals some character from the Paper Plane. But hey, I have friends that don't like a bourbon flavor, so this is a good option for some people that want a mellower twist on a Plane.

Used Milla Marolo as a chamomile liquor.

Turned out great! Although I have to say that I've used the most basic grappa from a store nearby, I suspect that more expensive one will definitely "mellow" the cocktail

I was a bit discouraged to try this version since I enjoy a regular grasshopper quite much.

But I have to say that adding that much of neutral alcohol adds additional punch and does not dilute the liquors taste too much.

Recommended for someone who doesn't like that original grasshopper is too gentle

For me, it's just a waste of tequila. Just drink a regular screwdriver and save some money on your booze.

Oranges (IMHO) do not pair well with tequila. With oranges it tastes just like vodka (unlike grapefruits or limes)
