Mezcal, Mezcal... Mezcal!

I can't believe I haven't review this since all times since decades I make corpse revivers! this days I am doing a list of the B Halloween drinks, in my country is El Dia de los Muertos and is Huge, we already make the altar, all my pugs are already disguised. The day 27th Oct the dead pets arrives, and everybody we go to the cementery: because all corpses will revive. This is delicious, and I never thought of drink it in this festivities. From now on I will make all the Corpse Revivers for my guest of this dates.

I think this might be my favorite rum Manhattan variation to date. The bitters and the orange notes in the Averna work beautifully to bridge the rum and PeM. Rum-forward, with the bitterness of the vermouth tempered by the sweetness of the amaro.
