Ingredients:

2 fl oz	Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
3⁄4 fl oz	Punt E Mes vermouth amaro chilled
1⁄2 fl oz	Amaro (e.g. Averna)
1 dash	Orange Bitters by Angostura optional

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

How to make:

3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
