Topped up with 60 mL soda and it was sweet and refreshing. Tastes like an adult version of Danish “hyldeblomstsaft” concentrated elderflower juice.

Caorunn and Carpano Classico, dangerously smooth
This is really good…and I only had reposado on hand. I love that little bit of character the Tajin gives it. Nothing overpowers.
I replaced the 2:1 rich syrup with 1:1 vanilla syrup and it is quite tasty
