You should substitute it with aperol! And if you have galliano 2 bar spoons adds a good flavor kick.
First sip was rough second sip was interesting third sip I was sold. The galliano plays surprisingly well with the mezcal and the peychauds is a much welcome sweetness once the flavors all settle on the palette.
