Thank you for your swift response. I raised the question preparing an Apple spritz but I struggled with this question before, e.g. the royal mojito, Gin Buck. I understand the logic of the glass brim but that of course also depends on the volume of the ice in a mojito or buck. So, it’s great that you are updating. Given the number of entries that’s quite a job. I am struggling to make and enjoy all the cocktails in a 10-year plan with a pace of 365 cocktails a year. Just tried it for first time. My first reaction was the same. Next time I will limit the maraschino. Loved it anyway.
