I’ve grown some stout limes with real lime flavor, so my reaction to the recommended formula may be skewed. In my case, the lime overpowered the cocktail, so I upped the apricot by 50%. Perfection!
I can tell that this drink would benefit from prolonged experimentation. It definitely has promise. But, I used Bacardi Blackstrap and Amaro Montenegro and it tasted a lot like coffee! So, next time I'll ramp up my rum quality!
I see that you do, indeed have more recipes. It will take four months for me to sample them, but I look forward to the challenge.
