This is the smoothest vodka I have ever had. I like it neat with a twist of lemon. There is no bite. Compared to Stoli Elit, which is a wheat vodka, this is equally smooth but more flavorful because of the rye grain used.
This is a quality gin without any citrus in the recipe. I prefer to add a squeeze of fresh lemon with ice or the addition of soda water. A gin I will continue to enjoy for both the taste and the value.
These bitters can't compete with the Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas bitters. They are too weak to stand up to a 50% abv whisky.

I enjoy it mostly in a 100% rye whisky and I wrote to the Bitter Truth company to tell them how much I appreciate this bitter.
I keep ordering the Jerry Thomas bitter because it improves the taste of every American or Canadian whisky I enjoy.
These are the best bitters I have ever tried. They deserve a quality 100% rye whisky. I only use this fabulous Bogart's bitters with this excellent Canadian rye. It needs a fabulous rye to shine and improve which is already wonderful.
