I really like this. I agree that as it sits over the 3hrs it’s gonna take me to drink a double, it really develops. I used Bombay London Dry…I’m an aspiring mixologist…altho I this this drink is awesome (I used the Dolin sweet vermouth) with keeping with the CA tradition of an east coast classic…I should have used the Gray Whale…a tick more sweet from the gin could have brightened it up a bit. That being said…I love this drink.
