Alot of expensive alcohols in this cocktail, leading to a very sweet drink, reminds me of something I'd have had at a frat party in college. The young ladies will love it, but not for us.

Really tasty twist on a Tom Collins ! We substituted with Hayman's Old Tom. Thought maybe a bit too much lemon on first drink. We did not have the Three Cents Mandarin and Bergamot Soda, so on second drink we went with 3/4 oz lemon juice + 1/4 oz fresh mandrin orange juice (always have a bag of those hanging out in our fridge), topped with Spindrift Blood Orange & Tangerine Sparkling Water. Yum !!

A truly tasty martini, beautifully balanced measure of ingredients, allowing each to shine harmoniously, loved the addition of Italicus (which we've been struggling to find a use for). We did substitute Citadelle Jardin d'Été for the Haymans Citrus, and Dolin on the Vermouths as that's what is available to us here in the US. Just started making our way through the bartender contest list, but this drinks' a winner!!

Yummy, a martini fit for a Queen !! I used Dolin vermouths because that's what I had, along with Dole Lite Pineapple Juice to cut the carbs. The Hayman's Gin is key: I unfortunately ran out of Haymans after the first round, and was unhappy with both Plymouth or T10 as a substitute (but I did find the T10 + 1 tsp simple syrup and a dash of salt made it close to the original using Haymans). A keeper!!
