The bitters really help this, balances out the sweetness for me. Bitters no longer optional...

I've just made this using Storywood sherry cask Tequila, put hairs on your chest ha. Must try with the Licor 43, would tame it slightly.
I don't mind this recipe, it's actually quite moreish, not a good thing haha.
