We're a huge fan of this one, but made with Sky Wave London Dry Gin and Lillet Blanc as p to a dry vermouth. It's therefore a little sweeter but nonetheless delicious.

Loved this! We made it with Sky Wave Old Tom Gin and Sky Wave Grapefruit Bitters (because we make them!), but everything else was as per the recipe. It was fabulous!

Hi Simon, with the maraschino and the orange bitters, is the gum syrup discernible or would ordinary Monin sugar syrup also do the trick?

Without doubt one of my all time favourites. Naturally we make it with Sky Wave Grapefruit Bitters!
