I found in Sao Paulo that it was almost always made with Cachaca 51 and always served in the glass in was made in ie. a heavy bottomed, fairly plain, low sided glass that was scored with use like a charity shop pint glass!

I used straight Suze instead of a coffee bean infused one (as I don't have time for that kind of shisnee) and I substituted in Pochle for Calvados. This will be in rotation along with White Negronis until I run out of Pochle!
