Simple and very tasty. I used Beefeater. The mint is a big part of the drink. Grapefruit pretty subtle but important. I used a king cube and seems fine - doesn’t need more dilution.
Delicious. I love the pineapple Campari combo. Used Goslings Black Seal and 1/2 oz normal simple. For the latest try, I added 6 mint leaves to the shaker and it seems a friendly addition. I like it with a king cube - the dilution is fine.
By “Agave syrup (agave nectar)" I mean just that. agave syrup used straight from the bottle without dilution.

I’m confused by “Agave syrup (agave nectar).” I thought agave syrup was a 1:1 mix of agave nectar and water (like simple syrup using agave nectar instead of sugar). I used straight agave nectar. Anyone know what is meant by this spec? Thanks!
