Glass:

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
12 fresh Mint leaves
2 13 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 fl oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
12 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs bouquet.

How to make:

  1. Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker.
  2. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

Simple and very good cocktail. I stayed to the original recipe and found it very balanced and refreshing. Maybe some drops of saline solution could be interesting or the use of elderflower syrup for a springtime version.

instead of 15 ml of grapefruit -lime juices, i use 30ml. That makes the drink not so strong :)
