Ingredients:
34 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Malibu Original coconut rum liqueur
34 oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
34 oz Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc) chilled
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s optional
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest twist.
  3. Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Excellent! As a fan of Negroni and bittersweets I approve. :) Used grapefruit zest and it worked well. Will try to up the gin a bit next time.

Very interesting and tasty cocktail. The Suze really provides a good end to the Coconut start.
