³⁄₄ fl oz	Malibu Original coconut rum liqueur
³⁄₄ fl oz	Tempus Fugit Gentiane du Sommet
³⁄₄ fl oz	Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc) (chilled)
3 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or pinch of salt (optional)

How to make

Glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest twist.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Excellent! As a fan of Negroni and bittersweets I approve. :) Used grapefruit zest and it worked well. Will try to up the gin a bit next time.
