Excellent! As a fan of Negroni and bittersweets I approve. :) Used grapefruit zest and it worked well. Will try to up the gin a bit next time.

One of my all time favourites. I keep coming again and again to this drink. Utterly sublime.
Excellent cocktail. I added a bit less honey: 10 ml and it came out perfectly balanced for me.
What is the Sage Gin in this cocktail? A specific brand? A sage infused gin?
Adding 5 ml (inspired by Jamie Gordon's recipe) makes it a bit drier than Gordon's version and more complex then this recipe. Perfect balance for me.
Gin, Chartreuse Green, Rosso/sweet vermouth, Orange bitters, Red bitter liqueur
Sake, Apricot liqueur, Lemon juice
Beautifully delicate blend of bourbon and vermouth enhanced by sake. One of my favourite coctails.
Love it!!
I have upped the lime juice to 10 ml. The original recipe is a bit to sweet for me. It is already diluted and sweetened by the pineapple juice. 10 ml lime juice seems to do the trick. I recommend using dry ice to not dilute the drink too much while shaking.
Overall nice fruity cocktail.
Works very good with calvados instead of vodka.
Nice coctail, i'll have to tired with just 2 drops of absinthe.
Bloooody good! I have used blood orange juice :)
