Pineapple Lassi Cocktail
Serve in a Coupe glass
| 3 whole | Green cardamom pods |
| 3 wedge | Pineapple (fresh) cored, skinned and chopped |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Yoghurt liqueur |
Garnish: Pineapple wedge
How to make:
MUDDLE cardamom and then pineapple in base of shaker. ADD other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
