Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
13 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
16 oz Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry
0.08 oz Difford's Falernum liqueur
0.08 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
4 drop Bob's Cardamom bitters
4 drop Chocolate bitters

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dried banana chip pegged to rim.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

It's quite sweet. The dried Banana chips perfectly compliment the drink!
